SUMMERFEST IV
DECEMBER 4 - 6, 2009
Eat, Sleep (maybe) and Game, for a whole weekend, at the Summerfest RPG Retreat in picturesque Mittagong, NSW. This is not just another convention, but a whole new experience. Onsite Accommodation, All Meals, All Games, all are included in One Package Friday 4th December to Sunday 6th December, 2009.
SO HOW MUCH AND WHAT DO I GET?
There are two Pricing Structures - Residential and Day. PLEASE NOTE: Residential Spots are limited which means the Accommodation part of the Convention may fill out early. To assure your place, register NOW! Residential Pricing includes two dinners, two lunches, two breakfasts, two morning teas, two afternoon teas, all games and the accommodation. Day Pricing includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner (on the Saturday only) and all games.
Residential Pricing (per person): Twin with shared facilities ............$175.00 per person Single with en suite ........................$220.00 per person
Day Pricing (per person): Saturday .........................................$60.00 per person Sunday ............................................$45.00 per person

While the Marist Brothers have been very supportive of our booking so far, things like D&D, Dungeons and Dragons, Role-playing Games etc. give rise to strange thoughts of child sacrifice, suicide (and other nonsense) from some members outside our Community. I have assured the Brothers we have done away with all this since the second Summerfest :)>
